Information We Collect
When you submit our Get Started form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, whether you currently have a website, your business type, the services you're interested in, and any project details you share with us.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit only to respond to your request, discuss your project, and provide the services you sign up for. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on our Get Started form to help prevent spam and automated submissions. These services may use cookies or similar technologies as part of their normal operation.
Data Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate our business and website (for example, our hosting provider and email service), and only to the extent necessary to provide our services to you.
Terms of Service
Management Plan & Pricing
Our standard website package includes a $0 setup fee for websites of up to 5 pages, paired with a $20/month Management Plan covering hosting and SSL (if hosted with Flux88), a domain name if you need one (purchased and renewed by Flux88 while your plan is active), routine content updates, maintenance, backups, security, and ongoing support. Additional standard pages are $40 each. Custom functionality and more complex development are billed at $60/hour, or at a custom quoted price depending on scope. We'll always provide an estimate before starting any additional work beyond your plan.
12-Month Minimum Commitment
The $0 setup offer requires an initial 12-month commitment to the $20/month Management Plan. After the initial 12 months, your plan automatically continues on a month-to-month basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Management Plan at any time after completing your initial 12-month commitment. To cancel, contact us using the information below. If you cancel before completing the initial 12-month commitment, remaining fees for that commitment period may apply. Upon cancellation, we can provide you with your website files so you can move your site to another hosting provider. If we purchased your domain name for you, we will transfer it to you so you can take it with you.
Ownership
Your domain and the website we build for you belong to you. Cancelling your plan does not affect your ownership of your domain or website content.
Changes to These Terms
We may update this Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
